We try every day to have the
absolute best customer service in the industry!
Tricia, Mandy, and Tammie do a great job handling our help desk
and when you buy a spa from us our whole customer service staff
and "Help Desk" are included. *
*disclaimer: that was just a figure of speech, they don't actually
arrive at your door
We want you to contact us and tell us that we are doing good
and that you like the spa: BUT we REALLY want you to contact
us if you have the slightest problem. So we can fix it!

I LOVE MY SPA. Not only that, but I have
received good customer service as well.
Thank you. Linda P.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my spa, and I love the fact that
it is portable because the space it is set up in doubles as
a whelping area for my great danes when one has a litter,
so it can be dismantled quickly and easily when the whelping
box has to go in (and for great danes, the whelping box takes
up as much room as the spa!!) It really was a breeze
to put up. It is also very easy to clean and everything
is holding up well. Good deal.
Take care. Kirsten B.

Everyone was wonderful at the web site and the spa is fine
except that I need filters and cant find them locally. If
you could send me info about them, I would appreciate it very
much!
Thanks again, the spa is great! Doyle S.
note: we have added the filters
to each spa page as well as the accessories page ***

I wanted to say, that I really appreciate the support I have
received from your tech support... I have the 6' spa-n-a-box.
And unfortunately when I first received it, it leaked by the
pump.
I called the support number, (after I took the cover off
the box, so I could identify where the leak was) and once
I told them where the leak was, you over-nighted a replacement
part for me, and it arrived within a day later. NOW that's
prompt service!!!! Then when I was recently doing routine
draining and cleaning of my spa, when I plugged it in the
pump started to flow the water, then stopped.
I called support they had me try and back wash the pump,
That didn't work, then I received a call that you were shipping
me out a new pump unit. And as promised it arrived in a timely
manner. And now my spa is running at tip-top shape again.
Even though I have had a couple of issues with my spa, I
still feel it was a good purchase, I like it, when on the
rare occasion something goes wrong, that you stand behind
your product!. And the support I have received is outstanding!.
I don't even get that kind of support on a brand new car.
And that costs thousands MORE!!!..
In closing I'd like to say, you have a good product and an
excellent customer support. I felt it was a good decision
in dealing with you, I haven't been disappointed, and I enjoy
my spa immensely.
Thank you
Gary S.
Note: One more reason to purchase
your spa from us.
We are a real spa company and will always be there to help
if you need us

We love our spa!!! It has provided hours of family time which
is rare with 2 teenagers... but they seem to think it's OK
to spend time with their parents as long as we are spa-ing
together.
I did have a bit of trouble with it shutting off in the beginning
but found your help desk to be knowledgeable.... they told
me to run the hose through the eyeball jet to blow out any
trapped air, and it worked. Now it's just a matter of
keeping the filters cleaned. The spa was very easy to
assemble and took about 45 minutes.
It is easily the best family present we've ever bought,
and all our friends are envious... so I refer them to you.
Thanks again,
Holly D.

We are enjoying our hot tub very much. It was shipped to
us in a very timely manner.
I can't think of anything you could improve on. The service
was excellent.

My spa ordering experience was flawless. It did not
take long to arrive, and the assembly instructions were
clear. I have loved having it and use it nearly every
day!
The only problem I have had is that the "handle"
on the motor unit flies off regularly when I start the spa. I
have to hold it down with all my might for several seconds
to make it stay down to allow the air to actually get into
the tub to make the bubbles. Other than that, the unit
has worked perfectly. Have any suggestions?
Sincerely,
Shannon F.
Note: Of course we had suggestions!
The "handle" really isn't a handle at all. It is
a loop to serve as further protection from water getting into
the motor (one of many protections). If you use it as a handle
and it gets loose you can easily solve the problem with a
little teflon tape around the tube or just use electrical
(rubber) tape to keep it together. Just don't permanently
attach it since it comes apart on purpose so the spa stays
portable.

We love the spa. I like the design and the portability
of it. We have it on an upstairs balcony where a traditional
spa could not go with ease. The look of the spa matches
our house and the white tile on the balcony.
Since the spa is small it does not take too much room either. I
thought that the way you handled the shipping and any questions
we had was professional.
It does look great with palm trees around it!
Sincerely,
Cheryl D.

I would just like to let you know that we love our spa.
We had great customer service, and our spa was shipped promptly
with great instructions. We did have a problem with our
spa and we got help right away without any problems.
Thank you for your great service.
Joshua K.
Note: we post a letter from just
about everyone that ever had even the slightest problem with
a spa in an effort to convince you without a doubt that we
are the only choice when it comes to purchasing your spa-n-a-box. :)

We have had our spa for about six months and we have really
enjoyed it. It is easy to set up and easy to maintain. The
only thing that would have been better is more detailed instructions
about water chemistry. It would have been nice if a start
up batch of chemicals came with the spa. We had never
owned a spa and did not have any idea about water chemistry. Overall
it has been very nice.
Kyle W.
Note: Great Idea!! We now have 2
articles posted on water chemistry! Thanks for the suggestion.

We have enjoyed the Spa N A Box.
We were up and dunking in a day because of your recommendation
of using our hot water heater to warm-up the initial fill.
Thank you very much.
I would strongly recommend that you provide as an accessory
-- a remote thermometer with a sensor that you can keep in
the tub while the cover is in place. This item is available
at Radio-Shack. With this item I can check on the tub temperature
without disturbing the cover, and make any adjustment to the
thermostat.
Sincerely,
E.R. "Dick" T.
Note: we haven't been able to find a better deal to pass
on that radio shack so we will take you advice and recommend
them in the meantime.

I like my spa very much. I have mine in my garage, so
it is not very pretty, but was very good for the cold weather. I
use mine for therapy. I had polio 63 yrs. ago and now
have post polio syndrome. I need exercise that can only
be done in water.
The only problem is that I need one deeper. If you made
one that was 48 inches deep it would be perfect. I know
that there are many in my position that could use that depth.
If you consider making one that depth please let me know.

...we really love our spa. It is great. During
the winter we had the heat turned up high and would sit in
the tub and relax with the air temperature being in the low
30's and the water temperature being about 103 degrees. Now
that the temperature here in MD has reached the 90 degree
mark, we have turned the heat down in the spa and still soak
in the tub to cool off in.
The spa was a big hit when our extended family from Canada
came down for a visit over Easter weekend. They couldn't believe
how strong the jets are, how comfortable the seating/walls
are, and how relaxed they were after only a few minutes.
I am the type of consumer who does a lot of research and
investigating before I make a purchase of this size -- especially
through the internet. After a lot of web surfing and
investigation, I settled on the Spa-N-A-Box. The next
step was trying to find a store/retailer that I could trust. I
looked into several different companies that sell the Spa-N-A-Box
and settled on your company after looking at your web site
and talking to a few different members of your staff.
Not only was your company offering the spa at the lowest
price, I felt the information on your
website helped inspire confidence and a sense of reliability.

Since buying the spa I have not had any problems. However,
I have had a couple of questions (since this is the first
spa I've ever owned). Your company has been very responsive. I've
both called directly and spoken to a representative and also
used the e-mail question option on the web site. Both
methods have worked well.
Finally, I was very happy that the delivery company was responsive
to my request (that I included with my order on your website)
to have the two boxes delivered to my back deck versus the
front porch. This prevented the boxes from sitting in
the front of the house all day until I got home from work,
but also made it easier for me to position the spa right where
I wanted it to go without a lot of additional lifting and
carrying.
So, again, thank you for the great customer service and helping
me and my family enjoy our spa.

The spa n the box has been great. It arrived before expected
and was easy to set up. Maybe you should put a list of chemicals
needed for the spa.
All in all it has been a good investment.
Mike V.
Note: we have added the chemical kit to the spa pages in
addition to the accessory page and we have also posted 2 articles
on water chemistry. thanks for the idea.

My wife and I love our new Spa-N-A-Box!!
I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and use. We
have it downstairs in our
basement close to all of our exercise equipment. It sure
feels good to relax in
it after a workout!

I have had the Spa up and running and have thoroughly enjoyed
it. I didn't have any problems setting it up, or getting it
running. Everyone that has seen it has commented favorably
on the appearance and operation of the unit.
I am very impressed with it ability to sustain such a high
temperature and the force of the jets when operating. My
only complaint would be regarding the chemicals needed for
operation, the bromine tablets and a floating dispenser, a
starter kit should be included or offered as a option just
to get you up and running.
Overall I have had a great experience with your company.
Scott M.
Note: Obviously I didn't do a very
good job of marketing our chemical kit! I am doing better
now. :)

Right now my tub is under a screened cover, (the legendary
big, bad, bugs of Alaska are no legend, theyre real), but
come winter Ill be back under the stars. Orions Belt to
the west, the Big Dipper up above! Life is good!

I am very pleased with my Spa-n-Box. I found the assembly
very easy. Some suggestions I have would be to inform the
consumer where they can purchase more filters for the spa.
Also, I would suggest giving the company an idea to offer
a semi hard or reinforced existing cover. I have found the
top collects water when the spa is set up out side and it
rains. Everything else I am very happy with and ordering from
your company was no trouble at all.
Sincerely,
Chirstopher P.
Note: we are adding a hard cover
to the accessory page and in the meantime we have been using
a blow up beach ball floating under the cover to keep rain
water from pooling on the cover. they are super cheap (around
$1 and work great).

I LOVE IT!!! We received the spa on a Friday and my
seven year old son and his father put this together in about
fifteen minutes and was ready to be used the following day! (needed
time to warm the water!) We find it very enjoyable and
relaxing. My brother who has a hot tub with the built
in seats even was impressed! I can't say enough about
this spa, again I LOVE IT!
We are going to forward pictures to you. They will probably
be mailed next week when they are developed.
Thank you again for your product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sincerely,
Kathryn D.

simple as you promised.

We enjoy our spa very much! The ordering and receiving of
our spa went very well, it came in a timely manner and ordering
it was easy. I would recommend though that you have a pop
up window when someone orders a spa to ask if they would like
to orders chemicals at that time, we forgot and had to order
them separately so if you can ask at the same time it would
help your customers and you'd make a bigger sale.
Otherwise, we are very happy and use our spa at least 4 times
a week.
I've attached a photo of our granddaughter enjoying our spa
all our grandkids enjoy it too!
We have our patio completely made private and one of our
best times in our spa is when its raining outside, the combination
of the sound of the rain just adds a great touch!
Annette and Ronnie F.
Note: we have now added the chemical
kit to the spa order page!!!

I have had my spa n a box for over 7 months and have been
really happy with how the spa works. I kept it on back
deck during the winter months and it was so neat to be able
to take cover off and get into it even with temperatures outside
below freezing.
We have only had one problem with spa, and was able to contact
the factory and send the power pack back and they repaired
it and returned it to us promptly working like new.
Have moved it outside on deck this spring and it was easy
to disassemble and reassemble in minutes. I have told
several of my friends in fact a couple of friends have ordered
one also.
I have no criticism of the spa it has been everything that
was advertised.
Thank you, Harold C.
Note: I know we are harping on this
- but you will be happy that you purchased your spa-n-a-box
from us if you ever have a problem. 1) because we are a real
spa company ready and willing to help 2) unlike almost every
one of our competitors our spas really are warranted

Your Spa-in-a-box is one of the best things we've bought
for ourselves in a long time.
It was easy to install, lived up and exceeded our expectations
for quality and blow power.
I liked the head's up email giving me the approximate
delivery date.
Which was right on target.
Your web site was fine. Maybe more information on the
care of the spa.
Same suggestion on the use of the chemicals. I'm still
figuring out how to keep things straight.
When two people are in the spa, the water overflows. Right
to the filter level. I'm filling in weekly, then going
through the adjustment period again.
We are very proud of our new spa, and the price we paid for
our new bit of heaven.
Jim H.
Note: you can fill under the "fill
line" - that is just an estimate and depending upon the
size and number of folks using the spa it will vary......
also we have taken you suggestion to heart and now have articles
on water chemistry posted.

We absolutely love our Spa-N-A-Box.
We had no problems at all ordering from your website.
We couldn't believe that the shipping was free. It was
so easy to assemble, too!
I recommended your company to several people that I know.
I will send a picture of our spa in our new screenhouse.
Thanks for an excellent product!
Pam
I am inclosing a picture of me, my girlfriend, and my mom
& dad in my spa.
As you can see I added 1X4 and 1X6 cedar siding to my spa
to add to the appearance.
I purchased my spa from your company last fall (September
or October) and have enjoyed it ever since. Thanks for
the great spa!
Thanks again!
Michael Worth C.

what we have now!! wood sided

We have a unique use for the spa.
I am a midwife and my daughter purchased your spa to rent
out for water births.
I know we are not the first, but probably one of the few anyway.
My daughter is 14 and this gives her a chance for a business
venture.
sincerely,
Pam

I am very happy with the Spa N A Box. Everything I read
on the website was true, and I appreciated the honesty of
saying only four people can fit in the big tub.
It is true but at least I was not surprised and I did not
care because it was such a good deal.
The box arrived very quickly, another pleasant surprise.
I drained and cleaned and refilled it after about a month
and a half, it was easy and quick.
People are amazed at how little it cost and I have told lots
of people 'go to www.SpaDeals.com '. I want everyone
to get one.
I love my Spa N A Box.

Everything was perfect, from the beginning (ordering) to
the very end (putting the spa together).
It was very easy to order the spa. I found your ad on the
web and than I called your number to order it. We received
the spa exactly as you said. And it took only one week.
That was fast! Instructions were excellent and the spa was
ready to be used in 10 minutes. Than we just put warm
water in it and we did try it the very same day.
Thank you.

It's great! My wife and I like it better than the built-in
spa we have.
We bought the SPA-N-A-BOX with plans to use it for a while
until we could afford to get our built-in spa fixed - it's
perhaps 15 years old and needs much updating. We may not get
it fixed now.
I'm sending a picture of me for your scrapbook. My wife is
too shy so it's just me in the photo.
When you make the changes to the liner, don't change the
microjets!
Those little microjets all around are great. Much better than
have 4 or 5 of the bigger jets.
Thanks again for the great spa and the great service.
Regards,
Barry
Note: we toughened up the seams
but we will never loose the microjets!!

THE SPA WAS A GIFT FOR MY UNCLE ON HIS BIRTHDAY. HE INSTALLED
IT AND SPENDS AT LEAST ONCE A DAY IN IT.
HE'S HAD A SERIOUS BACK INJURY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND HIS
DOCTOR RECOMMENDED USING A SPA. YOURS HAS BEEN THE RIGHT SIZE
FOR HIM AND FOR THE DECK WHERE IT IS INSTALLED.
YOURS TRULY,

I have actually been very impressed with the spa-n-a-box. I
was very skeptical at first about buying the spa over the
internet without seeing it.
There wasn't any kind of distributor close to Texas to go
and look at one. I found out everything I could about
it through various internet sites. The only negative
I could seem to find was that the filters had to constantly
be changed and cleaned. If they weren't, then the spa
wouldn't stay heated, etc.
I still have the same filters on since I received it in February
and have only been forced to clean them a couple of times. Although,
I do need new filters now. If I only have to buy filters
twice maybe three times a year, then I would think of that
as normal usage. And I probably use the spa 5 out of
7 days in a week.
We keep the spa in the house, which is the main reason I
bought this spa. It used a regular electrical outlet
and I could take it down when needed. I would like a
little more massage action than the hundreds of little bubbles
give, but it did more than I expected considering no massage
jets.
So as long as this spa lasts long enough, you will have a
repeat customer when its time to replace.
I would recommend that you describe the needed chemicals
and what chemicals to buy better than the instruction booklets
detailed. I know you had a 800# to call, but I spent
forever on the internet searching down sites that detailed
this process better. This was the first time I ever had
to maintain a pool or spa, so I was very ignorant regarding
the chemicals, etc.
Thank You,
Chris T.
Note: we now have two articles on
spa water chemistry...
