...The transportability and easy setup are great. The depth is a good level for playing with the kids and getting them used to floating or putting their face in the water. 

The spa is very relaxing and comfortable. The price was very affordable. 

Since we move quite often, it is very helpful to be able to pack up and move easily.
Overall, this fits our needs and our lifestyle very well....

Our hot tub is working actually very well... I have to admit when we first got it I expected it to be more of a soaking tub for fun. But it actually is a real hot tub, with bubbles strong enough to make you feel really relaxed after a long day of work and traffic. The price and performance relationship is really a great one for this product everyone who ever has looked at prices of other hot tubs will recognize this.

I received free shipping for this product which made the deal even sweeter.

To those who are afraid of the assembly... Don't be it is very easy and I really mean it. When the boxes (2) arrived at first I did not even think we could ever put it together. You know you get something and then you hardly ever use it because it is not practical to do so... this definitely is not one of those things. The size of the tub is generous, but I would not recommend 6 to sit in there, 4 is ok. Sitting on the floor I was expecting would be a little awkward but not so at all.

One more important thing, the chemistry of the water is something that every first time tub owner will have to learn, but the size of this tub makes it especially easy.

Since my purchase on Feb. 11, I have had 3 problems with the spa. Which I was pretty....well, annoyed, to be kind, ...BUT the people that I have dealt with at your company have stood behind your product 100% and I will commend you there.

Ok, how do I feel about the spa? Well, ...the service I have gotten so far has been top notch, I will say that. For $900.00 you cannot beat the relaxation that this spa gives you. Mine is currently in my basement, (Yes, you sucked me in I have enclosed a couple of pictures of the spa) and a great respite from a days work. Your website is great, ordering was easy and your web help line functions better than most computer manufacturer retailers. (I especially like your joke in the FAQ's about, "I just ordered my spa 5 minutes ago, why isn't here yet?") .... In closing I would have to say that for the price and since you have excellent customer service that I would recommend this spa to other people. In fact now that I am done writing to you I think I will go take a soak.
