My family loves the spa we bought from you. My granddaughter says it reminds her of when we are on a cruise. It was very simple to set up that made my husband happy... this is a great deal, everyone who has been at our house admires the spa.

We ordered our spa in Jan. 2001. We selected Spa-in-a-box after extensive research. The order and shipment went fine and have had no complaints. We love using our spa. We have had a sauna and I was not interested in getting a spa, but my four boys kept bugging me to get a spa. Last Christmas my boys could not think of much for their Christmas lists so my wife an I decided to get a family Christmas present, which was a Spa-in-a-box. I have come to really enjoy our spa. There is nothing like getting into our spa on a cold winter day. We purchased our spa because of the price and the fact that we could drain it and take if off to the patio during the summer months. I am still trying to decided if I like our spa or our sauna better. Thank you very much.

What to say about my Spa-N-A-Box......... in short, I love it. I was very sceptical about just how adequate it would be before I actually had it set up, but I have lots of good things to say about it since I've recieved it. It is AWESOME!!! I use it about every other day and more than a few times a day on the weekends. Most of my friends can't believe how inexpensive it was for what I got. The bubbles around the edge make me feel like I'm getting a massage every time I use it. I'm very impressed with how well they work and how nice the spa looks set up. One small improvement might
be a better way to control temperature.I've had a hard time dialing in the temp I want. Max is too hot but when I turn it down, even a very small amount, it isn't hot enough. I'm working it out though and it's not such a huge problem.

Service has been excellent! Nothing to compain about there, I was well informed and knew exactly when my new spa was going to arrive.

First, let me say that I am so glad that I chose the 6' model instead of the 5'. The seemingly small difference in size does make a BIG difference in enjoyment. I would advise everyone to consider it for the small difference in price! I guess the one thing that we were confused about was chemical maintenance. There was no written information included in our package about this. I do see that you have added more information to your website regarding this. Now we have started to experiment by adding scents to the water. This really does make a very nice and relaxing experience. The one last thing that I would really like to add would be a portable jet. I notice that there is a model made by Bajas Spas called the "Euro-sagg." This is a hand-held jet that works with a lot of models, but I do not know if this would work with the Spa-N-A-Box. This is a really nifty high powered jet that allows you to direct air flow to a specific point on your body for an invigorating massage. Could you let me know if you think this would work? If so, I promise to send pictures!!
