Hi, the spa has been installed we are having problems of keeping the water clear. The filters get dirty and clogged. is this a chemical balance problem? I am unable to be at my cabin so its hard for me to know what to do. I told the maid to clean the filters to get the water circulating and check the balance. Did you send test strips with the chemicals? By the way you can send the free filters and camera to my maids house. She will take pictures of the spa and we are
going to let our guest take them too. We are having guest coming in today so I hope we can get the spa cleaned soon!

just like to tell you that my spa in a box is wonderful, however i do have a small problem, one thing is that i ordered an extra two filters that i have still not received. Also is there some kind of skimmer to skim the water there seems to be an oil like film on top of the water. Please help me. Thank you DR.JENNIFER SMITH M.D.

The spa was received at my vacation home and is waiting for me to arrive there, so I can't tell you anything about how it works or take pictures yet because I'm not there.

The service (so far) and the ordering process has been exemplary except for one seemingly little problem which could have turned into a disaster. Your website indicates, and your ordering desk verified that you ship via UPS. I was very happy about this because UPS is the ONLY shipper which can be fully trusted in the small town where this was shipped (Bisbee, AZ 85603). When I realized that my SPA-IN-MANY-BOXES was going by FedEx, I started tracking it diligently. When it arrived at 6 am in nearby Sierra Vista, I asked someone to go over to my house and wait for it. On his way to my house, my friend was driving through the center of town when he saw the FedEx truck and decided to ask the driver first before he went up to my house. Sure enough, the FedEx guy had my packages on the truck, but had not been able to deliver because he "couldn't get his truck up my street" !!?? So he was taking my boxes back with him and I know darn well he wasn't going to try again. You probably would have received the SPA back as undeliverable. My friend offered to put the boxes in his van and help the guy carry them up. So that's what they did. I am convinced I NEVER would have received my SPA if my friend hadn't been nice enough to go to all that extra trouble. So, what may seem like a small difference to you (UPS vs FedEx) can be a very big deal in certain areas. Thanks for letting me vent. I will send pictures and info about the spa next week.
