How did we come to be a dealer for SPA-N-A-BOX?

A few years ago we were looking to purchase a small hot tub for our home. At that time we were already one of the largest home and garden supply dealers in the Northwest and had worked closely with spa suppliers over the years. Since a lot of the pumps, filtration, chemicals and plumbing parts used on spas and are used for ponds we had a lot of equipment available to us.

But it didn't take long to determine that there was really just 1 choice in portable spas; when you combined quality, price, portability, delivery, ease of assembly, and looks.

How did we come to do business on the Internet?

Back in 1995 the pond and garden business was very seasonal so we had a lot of extra time. We started putting dormant computer skills from college to work building websites and putting our company onto this newfangled internet.

Almost immediately our online business started to outgrow our local store.

We sold off a division of our company to concentrate on our garden center and building online stores to distribute our products via the internet across the United States.
