Worst SPA/Customer Service Ever Experienced, Apr 19, 2004

| I just purchased my SPA about 2 weeks ago and have used it 3 times. The last time the temperature before I used it it was 104 degress and about 30 minutes later it was 102 degrees. Mandy from CS had me contact Bob at the Manufactor and he basically said because it blow cold air through the jets we had to live with it. No where on this website does it say it blows cold air. Then I called back and spoke with Bob's supervisor who gets very hostile and says because he has never had this problem in 5 yrs and because we purchased our thermometer at Wal-mart its our fault and trys to say because our deck spacing is to far apart the dect is up to high, etc. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is THIS?

| My experience with Spa-n-a-box has been very good. The product was represented very accurately. The setup was simple, and I enjoy the spa. The only "complaint" I would have is the amount of water splashover I get when I submerge myself up to my neck, even when I have it filled just above the filters. Other than that it is very nice. I had a deck enclosure built to my house, and that is the centerpiece of the room. I recommend the spa-n-a-box highly. |
