| The ease of setting up this spa was great! And now my wife and I are really enjoying the luxary of this spa. Also the health benefits are a big plus. Living in western New York, we are looking forward to warming up in our spa during the snow season! |

| We love our spa, the product is fantastic. We use it all of the time and it works perfectly with no problems. I used to own a "Softub" in my previous house, which as you know is a competitor that costs three or four times what spa-n-a-box costs, and your spa is just as good in every way. I honestly haven't found any problems with it. |

| I love my spa-n-a-box. I was amazed how easy it was to put together. I love using it. The ordering process was a piece of cake. I can't imagine how you could improve on the ease of purchase or assembly of spa. I do have a suggetion: financing. When I was looking at your spa-n-a-box over a year ago, I couldn't buy it because you had no fincancing. In the mean time I got a credit card and was able to buy it. I still would have preferred the option of financing it. Love the free delivery, too. |
